Methodology

The PSG methodology is based on 5 key values

At PSG Academy, our mission is to provide players with an immersive football experience that is both fun and centred on skill development. Our methodology, designed by the official PSG club, incorporates all the exercises, drills, and discipline that define PSG’s success. This is your opportunity to step into the shoes of your favourite player and play the PSG way!

1

Teamwork

Players are taught that success comes from supporting one another and working together as a cohesive unit. By combining individual strengths and encouraging mutual respect, players can achieve collective success.

2

Focus

Mental strength is just as crucial as physical ability, which is why our programs emphasize focus, discipline, and determination. This will help build resilience and confidence, allowing football players to perform at their best.

3

Effort

At PSG Academy UAE, we believe that success comes from the right mindset and dedicated effort. It’s important for us to instil these values in our players, encouraging them to exceed expectations and push beyond their limits.

4

Learning

Continuous growth requires constant learning. Our PSG-certified coaches focus on teaching the renowned PSG method while identifying areas for improvement, ensuring players continue to grow and strive for greatness.

5

Fun

The most important aspect is to have fun! PSG Academy UAE focuses on creating different programs and activities for our players to enjoy the process of learning and growing.
