Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions (the “Agreement”) describe what you are legally entitled to expect from us when you purchase services through us, in addition to your obligations as a customer.The terms “we”, “us” and “the Organiser” refer to PSG ACADEMY UAE (legal name: LCF FOOTBALL TRAINNG LLC / STAR SPORTS SERVICES LLC / LCS SPORT SERVICES – SOLE PROPRIETORSHIP LLC ), and its affiliates. The term “you” and “participants” refers to the customer using our services and their legal representative.
The “Parties” refer to “us” and “you”. The term “Event(s)” refers to training sessions, match sessions, holiday camps, local and international trips, private training, birthdays, tournaments, cups, PSG Academy World Cup, and broadly speaking any events organized by us.
LCF FOOTBALL TRAINING LLC , STAR SPORTS SERVICES LLC AND LCS SPORT SERVICES – SOLE PROPRIETORSHIP LLC maintains the https://www.psg-academyuae.com/ .
Each participant and their legal representative agree to follow the following rules applicable to any Events organized by us. These Terms and Conditions are applicable to all Events organised by us.
1. REGISTRATION AND MANDATORY DOCUMENTS
1.1. Personal information
All Participants are required to review all aspects of their registration/booking to verify – but not limited to – : full names, physical address, email address, telephone number, date of birth, pricing, and accommodations on the booking receipt. Each Participant must provide the following documents: Passport copy, emirate ID and insurance and medical certificate.
1.2. Proof of identity
All Participants must be able to present an official written proof of identity at any time.
1.3. Insurance and Medical certificate
For all sporting activities, all players must be insured on the field, and all members (players and accompanying adults) must have liability insurance. Each Participant must have personal medical insurance and possess a medical certificate stating explicitly their fitness for football practice. This certificate may be required by the organizer during visual inspections.
1.4. Visas
Regarding any travel organized by us, Participants from countries requiring visas will need to provide us with a copy of their visas at least 10 days before the travel commences. Participants who have not provided this information within this period may not be included in the travel arrangements. We can provide assistance in consular proceedings by means of an official invitation or by the production of documents explaining the details of the stay of the Participant. However, we cannot be held liable in any way for any refusal to issue visas or for any costs that shall result from the proceedings.*
1.5. Health advice
We advise Participants to consult their doctor before making any reservations to confirm that it is appropriate for them to participate in training sessions, match sessions, holiday camps, local and international travel, and, broadly speaking, any events organized by us.
We will not be liable for any damage arising from the inability to participate in any or all of the Events, and no compensation will be payable under such circumstances.
2. ACKNOWLEDGEMENT AND WARRANTIES
By enrolling on the PSG ACADEMY UAE, the signing persons:
2.1. Declare that he/she has full parental authority over and bears full responsibility for the Participants and can therefore validly give this consent.
2.2. Confirm that all information/documents that will be provided will be accurate and that he/she is duly aware that he/she could be held liable if he/she makes any false statements.
2.3. Authorises the Minor Participant to:
– take part in the Events organized by us, subject to payment for each Event;
– travel as necessary for the Events (flight, train, car, bus trips);
– take part in the various activities proposed in connection with the PSG ACADEMY UAE
2.4. Declare that he/she will arrange and pay for each Event and all other related expenses.
2.5. Accept that the Organiser will provide instructions and guidance to the Participants.
2.6. Furthermore:
– certify that he/she has been duly informed of the general terms & conditions and rules applicable and that the Participant agrees to abide by them;
– vouch that the Minor Participant will also follow any instructions given by our staff;
– shall pay for any wilful damage committed by the Minor Participant at any time.
2.7. Confirm that he/she has taken out all necessary insurance for the Participant covering in particular public liability, travel, theft, accidents, medical repatriation, and other relevant types.
2.8. Certify that we have duly:
– informed each Participant that we do not provide insurance cover for any injuries the Participant may sustain during the training sessions, match sessions, holiday camps, local and international travels, and broadly speaking any events organized by us ; and
– recommended that each Participant take out their own insurance to cover any injuries they could sustain during match sessions, holiday camps, local and international travels, and broadly speaking any events organized by us;
– Waive any and all rights of claim against the Organiser and its affiliates. This release applies, in particular, in the event of any accident, injury, theft, damage to personal property or other incidents occurring during training sessions, match sessions, holiday camps, local and international travels, and broadly speaking any events organized by us.
– User is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of his account
2.9. Expressly authorise the Organiser to take all necessary action and decisions in connection with the Participant’s medical care and assistance in the event of any accident if it is unable to reach a relative with parental authority or legal guardian of the Participant by telephone.
2.10. The Organiser shall promptly inform the parent or legal guardian if the Participant is hospitalised.
2.11. Declare that he/she has informed the Paris Saint Germain Academy UAE of any medical particularities concerning the Minor Participant as follows:
– Allergies;
– Intolerance to foods or medication;
– Asthmatic, pain, difficulty to breath during certain types of physical activity.
2.12. We will not trade with or provide any services to OFAC and sanctioned countries
2.13. Customers using the website who are Minor /under the age of 18 shall not register as a User of the website and shall not transact on or use the website.
3. PAYMENTS
3.1. Prices and Dates of payments
All payments must be made at least 15 days before the start of the Event.
No registration will be granted by us without the payment of the corresponding deposit.
We have the right to refuse the presence of a Participant at the Event if the full price of the stay is not paid before the scheduled date and will retain the sums paid as cancellation penalties.
Our prices are subject to change at any time, but such changes will not affect the training sessions, holiday camps, local and international travel, and broadly any events organized by us for which you have already made payment.
The displayed price and currency at the checkout page will be the same price and currency printed on the Transaction Receipt and the amount charged to the card will be shown in your card currency
Cardholder must retain a copy of transaction records and https://psg-academyuae.com/ policies and rules.
Once the payment is made, the confirmation notice will be sent to the client via email within 24 hours of receipt.
3.2. Methods of Payment
Payments can be made by: – By credit card
– By the payment link on the Website: https://www.psg-academyuae.com
– By bank transfer as detailed in the invoice sent by us
– Visa or MasterCard debit and credit cards in AED will be accepted for payment.
3.3. Package Price Excludes Airfare
Regarding local and international travels organized by us, the players’ package and the supporters’ package expressly exclude airfare. Any costs related to air travel, including but not limited to the price of plane tickets, taxes, and fees, are the sole responsibility of the Participant and are not included in the package price.
All package details can be found in the brochure relating to the Event concerned and each Participant is expected to review it carefully.
4. REFUND POLICY
At PSG Academy UAE, we are committed to delivering the highest quality of training and services. As a general rule, all purchases and registrations are considered final and non-refundable.
However, refunds will only be granted under exceptional circumstances, such as:
• A medically certified accident or incapacity preventing the child from participating in activities for more than one (1) month and not exceeding three (3) consecutive months.
To request such a refund, written proof (medical certificate or equivalent official documentation) must be submitted to the Academy’s administration for review and approval.
Please note that:
• No make-up sessions or refunds will be offered for a child’s absence, regardless of the reason, including travel or personal scheduling conflicts
• A full refund cannot be issued, as the registration fees include the PSG Academy kit provided to the child at the start of the season, which is non-returnable and non-refundable.
• Any approved refund will be processed only through the original mode of payment and may take between 10 to 45 days, depending on the issuing bank of the credit card.
This policy applies to all transactions conducted through our company, whether made online, in person, or through any other payment channel.
5. CASES OF REFUSAL OF VISAS
The decision by consular authorities not to issue visas for all or part of the Participants does not imply any right to a specific reimbursement for the Participants concerned, regardless of the reasons for this refusal and regardless of the quality or the number of persons concerned by these refusals.
6. AMENDMENTS
6.1. These Terms & Conditions may be amended, supplemented, or updated from time to time in compliance with UAE regulations. We reserve the right to amend, modify, add, or remove parts of these terms at any time, with immediate effect as deemed necessary.
6.2. Regarding local and international travels, we or our providers may have to amend unilaterally the schedule and place of accommodation of the Participants until the arrival date. Each Participant may be subject to reclassification in accommodation of a range at least equivalent. If this happens, the Organiser will notify each Participant by any means as soon as possible.
6.3. We will not trade with or provide any services to OFAC and sanctioned countries
7. CODE OF CONDUCT
7.1. The safety and well-being of all participants are of the utmost importance.
Consequently, we reserve the deny access to any Event to any Participant found engaged in offensive activities, bullying others, disruptive behaviour, or for any other reason where we deem the Participant fails to comply with basic safety rules or standards of conduct.
Each Participant acknowledges that we may take all necessary actions if they fail to comply with basic safety rules or standards of conduct during the Events. The parent/legal guardian will be financially and legally responsible for the Participant’s actions and will be required to arrange and cover the costs of the Participant’s return travel home.
In such cases, for any of the above-mentioned reasons, there will be no refund of fees. Each Participant undertakes not to pursue any legal action against us or our affiliates, nor to claim reimbursement of any expenses incurred as a result of the Participant being sent home due to failure to comply with standards of conduct.
7.2. On the place of the accommodation
Where applicable, each Participant agrees to respect the rules of procedure of their accommodation and comply with them. In all cases, accommodations must maintain quiet hours between 10PM and 8AM. Accompanying persons are especially responsible for ensuring compliance with this rule.
7.3. On the restaurants and catering areas
Where applicable, each Participant agrees to respect the rules and procedures of the restaurants and catering areas and comply with them. The application of these rules by the restaurants to Participants is at their discretion and does not involve us in any manner.
7.4. On transportation
Where applicable, each participant agrees to respect the rules of procedure of the transportation company and comply with them.
8. LOCAL LAWS
During travel, it is important to note that local laws apply to all Participants as soon they enter foreign territory, regardless of their nationality, religions.
Each Participant is required to inform themselves about the applicable laws and comply with them.
9. INSURANCE/ LIABILITY
9.1. Theft/damage to property
Each signing party and each Participant acknowledge and understand that we are not responsible for theft or damage to property and recommend you to not leave any valuables or money unattended during the Events, tournaments, whether in accommodations, changing rooms, on the fields, on transportation etc.
9.2. Liability of our providers
We work with providers carefully selected according to precise criteria, however, it does not replace the liability and the insurance of these providers and we shall in no case be held responsible.
These providers include, but not limited to, accommodation and transportation services.
9.3. Personal Liability
The liability and insurance that we took are not a substitute for Participants causing damage to other Participants, service providers or any third parties.
9.4. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The carriers, hotels, restaurants, and other suppliers or third parties providing travel, accommodation, transportation, or other services for the Events organized by us are considered independent contractors. They are not our joint venture partners, agents, or employees. We are not liable — whether based on negligence, contract, tort, strict liability, or otherwise, and even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages — for the acts, errors, omissions, representations, warranties, breaches, or negligence of any such suppliers, or for any personal injuries, death, property damage, or other damages or expenses resulting therefrom.
We have no liability and will make no refund in the event of any delay, cancellation, overbooking, strike, force majeure or other causes beyond our control, and we have no responsibility for any additional expense, omissions, delays, re-routing or acts of any government or authority.
You may not assign your rights or obligations under this Agreement to any third party.
9.5. Force Majeure
9.5.1. We will not be liable or responsible for any failure to perform, or delay in performance of, any obligations under an agreement that is caused by events outside our reasonable control (‘Force Majeure Event’).
9.5.2. ‘Force Majeure’ means an event or sequence of events beyond our reasonable control that prevents or delays us from performing our obligations.
9.5.3. A Force Majeure Event includes, but is not limited to, the following:
a) Acts of God;
b) Flood, fire, earthquake, or explosion;
c) War, invasion, hostilities (whether war is declared or not), terrorist threats or acts, riot, or other civil unrest;
d) Government order or law;
e) Actions, embargoes, or blockades in effect on or after the date of this Agreement;
f) Action by any governmental authority;
g) National or regional emergency;
h) Strikes, labor stoppages, or slowdowns, or other industrial disturbances;
i) Epidemic, pandemic, or similar influenza or bacterial infection;
j) Emergency state;
k) Shortage of adequate medical supplies and equipment;
l) Shortage of power or transportation facilities;
m) Other similar events beyond the reasonable control of the affected party.
9.5.4. Performance under any agreement is considered suspended for the period that the Force Majeure Event continues, and an extension of time for performance is granted for the duration of that period.
9.5.5. The Organiser will make reasonable efforts to end the Force Majeure Event or to find a solution by which their obligations under the agreement can be performed despite the Force Majeure Event.
10. SEVERANCE
If any provision of these Terms & Conditions (or part of any provision) is or becomes illegal, invalid or unenforceable, the legality, validity and enforceability of any other provision of these Terms & Conditions shall not be affected.
11. NO PARTNERSHIP OR AGENCY
The Parties are independent contractors and are not partners, principal and agent or employer and employee and these Terms & Conditions do not establish any joint venture, trust, fiduciary, agency or other relationship between them. None of the parties shall have, nor shall represent that they have, any authority to make any commitments on the other party’s behalf.
12. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
12.1 In the event of a dispute, the Parties agree that, prior to any legal action, they will attempt to find an amicable solution within 30 days.
12.2 If the amicable resolution fails, the courts of Dubai (UAE) will have exclusive jurisdiction to adjudicate any dispute arising under or in connection with the general terms and condition hereby stated.
12.3 Any purchase, dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with this website shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of UAE.
13. USE OF IMAGE AND REPRODUCTION RIGHT
The acceptance of the presents Terms & Conditions by the Participants gives authorization for the reproduction and representation of photographs and videos made in case of media coverage.
As a result, all Participants authorize the PSG ACADEMY UAE (ie. LCF FOOTBALL TRAINING LLC / STAR SPORTS SERVICES LLC / LCS SPORT SERVICES – SOLE PROPRIETORSHIP LLC) and its affiliates to broadcast the images taken in connection with the Events organized by us. The images may be exploited and used directly on all forms of media known and unknown at this date (press, brochure, display, internet, tv …) for the promotion of the PSG ACADEMY UAE (ie. LCF FOOTBALL TRAINING LLC / STAR SPORTS SERVICES LLC / LCS SPORT SERVICES – SOLE PROPRIETORSHIP LLC ) with the exception that this authorization is limited to a period of 5 years.
Each Participant acknowledges that he/she cannot claim any compensation for the exploitation of the rights referred to in this paragraph.
14. CONFIDENTIALITY
14.1. PSG ACADEMY UAE agrees to keep any confidential information provided by Participants private and not to use or disclose such Confidential Information to any person, except as necessary for the services to be provided.
14.2. All processing of such information complies with applicable data protection legislation (e.g., Federal Decree-Law No. 45/2021 on the Protection of Personal Data). You may request information regarding this and exercise your rights to access, correct, delete, object to the use of, or request a copy of your personal data. (1) Declare that I have full parental authority over and bear full responsibility for the Minor and can therefore validly give this consent. I confirm that all information given on this form is accurate and am duly aware that I could be held liable if I make any false statements.
(2) Authorise the company operating the Paris Saint-Germain Academy, i.e L.C.F FOOTBALL TRAINING LLC, a company incorporated in the United Arab Emirates under the Licence Number 750705 whose registered office is at Bur Dubai, Dubai (UAE) (P.O Box: 211906) and Paris Saint-Germain Football, a French company registered under the reference RCS Paris 382 357 721, with registered office at 24, rue du Commandant Guilbaud – 75016 Paris, France and PSG Merchandising, a company incorporated under the laws of France under the number 451 680 458 whose registered office is at 24 rue du Commandant Guilbaud, 75016 Paris, France, hereinafter “PSG Companies”, without any charge, to:
develop, adapt, broadcast and reproduce Mine and/or the Minor’s name, image and/or voice, as recorded in photographs taken and/or video filmed by the Paris Saint-Germain Academy or any third party it appoints for such purposes (“the Content”) at events organised or attended by the Paris Saint-Germain Academy, i.e.: training sessions, matches, tournaments and interviews.
all activities arranged or supervised by the Paris Saint-Germain Academy such as, for example, Summer Camp, Halloween Camp, EÏD, Christmas etc. (“the Events”);
use, together or separately, any part of Mine and/or the Minor’s name, image and/or voice included in the Content, whether reproduced in full or as extracts and live or pre-recorded, in any internal and/or external communications (for educational, informational, promotional and/or advertising purposes) in black or white, without limitation as to volume and on any media now known or later developed, including all paper, audiovisual, electric, electronic or magnetic media, as well as on the Internet and in the press; as long as these operations do not undermine the integrity of their personality. This consent is valid worldwide for a period of five years as from the Content’s first use.
This consent includes the right for the Paris Saint-Germain Academy, and PSG Companies, at their discretion, to add to the Content any written or spoken text, captions, slogans, brand names, distinctive signs or other graphics, or to incorporate the Content in any of the above.
(3) Shall hold harmless the Paris Saint-Germain Academy in the event of any legal proceedings and/or action pursued by any individual or legal entity claiming control over use of Mine and the Minor’s attributes and wishing to oppose their use by the Paris Saint-Germain Academy. personal Shall hold harmless the Paris Saint-Germain Academy in the event of any legal proceedings and/or action pursued by any individual or legal entity claiming control over use of Mine and/or the Minor’s personal attributes and wishing to oppose their use by the Paris Saint-Germain Academy.

I may, however, request that all personal data and pictures/videos of Me and/or the Minor be removed from the Internet by emailing the Paris Saint-Germain Academy at legal@leclubfrance.com
This consent:
is subject to automated processing in accordance with applicable data protection laws. I may request information, access, correction, deletion, opposition, or a copy of my personal data at any time by contacting legal@leclubfrance.com
is governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and any dispute relating to its validity, interpretation or performance shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the Dubai Courts.
(5) Authorise the Minor to:
take part in the youth football training sessions organised by the Paris Saint-Germain Academy his/her age group;
travel as necessary for the Events (train or bus trips between sites);
take part in the various activities proposed in connection with the Events organised or attended by the Paris Saint-Germain Academy.
(6) Declare that I will arrange and pay for the Minor’s travel to the Paris Saint-Germain Academy and that I will remain responsible for the Minor until he/she is met on arrival at the Paris Saint-Germain and Academy training centre.
(7) Accept that the Paris Saint-Germain Academy will be responsible for the Minor as from the time at which he/she is met at the training centre by Paris Saint-Germain Academy staff and until he/she leaves centre. Furthermore, I:
certify that I have been duly informed of the general terms & conditions and rules applicable at the Paris Saint-Germain Academy and that the Minor agrees to abide by them;
vouch that the Minor will also follow any instructions given by Paris Saint-Germain Academy staff;
shall pay for any wilful damage committed by the Minor at any time during the Events.
(8) I confirm that I have arranged all necessary insurance for the Minor in connection with the Events (including public liability, travel, theft, accidents, medical repatriation, etc.). I also undertake to promptly notify the Paris Saint-Germain Academy of any change or issue relating to this insurance.
(9) Certify that the Paris Saint-Germain Academy has:
informed me that it does not provide insurance cover for any injuries the Minor may sustain during the Events; and
recommended that I take out my own insurance to cover any injuries the Minor could sustain through playing football at the Events.
(10) Waive any and all rights of claim against the Paris Saint-Germain Academy and its members. This waiver applies in particular in the event of any accident, injury, theft, damage to personal property or any other incident occurring during the Events.
(11) Expressly authorise the Paris Saint-Germain Academy to take any necessary action and decision regarding the Minor’s medical care in case of an accident, if they are unable to reach any holder of parental authority or legal guardian.
(12) The Paris Saint-Germain Academy shall promptly inform me if the Minor is hospitalised.
(13) Hereby inform the Paris Saint-Germain Academy that I will immediately notify the Academy of:
any allergies, food or medication intolerances, and any required action in case of exposure;
any asthma, medication intolerance, or other medical condition affecting the Minor during physical activity;
any pain, limitation, or difficulty the Minor may experience during certain types of physical exercise.
(14) Accept that the Paris Saint-Germain Academy will take all necessary steps if the Minor fails to comply with basic safety rules or standards of good conduct during the Events, and that I will be financially and legally liable for the Minor’s actions. I will in particular be required to pay for the Minor’s return travel home.
(15) Authorise the Minor to travel in connection with these excursions in any vehicle driven by a Paris Saint-Germain Academy employee (bus or car) or a professional driver (bus).
(16) Undertake not to pursue any legal action against the Paris Saint-Germain Academy or to claim the reimbursement of any expenses incurred in the event that the Minor is sent home for failing to comply standards of good conduct.
(17) Acknowledge and agree that, although the Paris Saint-Germain Academy (operated by L.C.F Football Training LLC, Dubai – UAE) coordinates the Minor’s participation in the PSG Academy World Cup taking place in Paris, it is not the operator, service provider, or legal controller of the facilities, accommodations, transportation services, venues, or third-party suppliers involved in the execution of the Event in France. Accordingly, I acknowledge that:
(17.1) All services occurring in Paris — including but not limited to accommodation, transportation, catering, event facilities, field access, logistics, and security — are operated by independent third-party providers selected by the Paris World Games or by local French service providers. The Paris Saint-Germain Academy shall not be held liable for any act, omission, delay, negligence, error or default committed by such third parties.
(17.2) The Paris Saint-Germain Academy shall not be responsible for any accident, injury, theft, loss, property damage, or incident occurring in France at hotels, restaurants, stadiums, transportation vehicles, public areas, or any location used during the Event.
(17.3) The Paris Saint-Germain Academy shall not be liable for delays, cancellations, strikes, force majeure events, weather conditions, changes in schedules, travel disruptions, operational restrictions, or decisions taken by Paris World Games, local authorities, security personnel, transportation operators, hotels, or any French institutions.
(17.4) The Paris Saint-Germain Academy undertakes to provide reasonable supervision of the Minor during official activities of the Event; however, it cannot be held liable for any misconduct, negligence or action by the Minor outside scheduled activities, any incident occurring if the Minor fails to comply with instructions, safety guidelines, or behavioural rules, or any situation arising when the Minor leaves the group without authorisation.
(17.5) To the fullest extent permitted under UAE law, the liability of the Paris Saint-Germain Academy for any claim related to the Minor’s stay, travel or activities in Paris is strictly limited to cases of proven gross negligence or wilful misconduct directly attributable to the Academy itself, excluding all liability arising from third-party providers or circumstances beyond its control.
(17.6) I acknowledge that I remain fully responsible for the Minor’s behaviour, personal belongings, medical needs, insurance, and travel documents, and that the Paris Saint-Germain Academy does not provide insurance for the Minor’s participation in the Event.
(17.7) I hereby waive any and all rights of claim, and undertake not to seek compensation, reimbursement or damages from the Paris Saint-Germain Academy for any event, loss, injury, damage or incident occurring in Paris that is not directly and exclusively caused by the Academy.
(18) In accordance with applicable data protection regulations in the United Arab Emirates, I acknowledge that the personal data provided in connection with this form will be collected and processed by the Paris Saint-Germain Academy (operated by L.C.F Football Training LLC) solely for the purpose of organising and managing the Events, supervising participants, communicating with parents or legal guardians, and inviting players to matches, tournaments, training sessions, and any related Academy activities.
Personal data may also be collected during the Events in order to communicate about future activities or to ensure the proper functioning and security of the programme. Personal data may be retained for up to six (6) months after the end of the season.
Only authorised PSG Academy staff members may access this data, and appropriate technical and organisational safeguards are implemented to protect confidentiality and prevent unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. Parents, guardians or participants may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or a copy of their personal data at any time by contacting legal@leclubfrance.com. Proof of identity is required to process any request.
This personal data clause is governed by UAE law, and any dispute concerning its validity, interpretation, or enforcement shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the Dubai Courts.
